2. Use of VpnService (Mandatory Disclosure)

PvRay utilize the Android VpnService as its core technology to provide secure internet access.

• Core Purpose: The VpnService establishes a secure, encrypted tunnel between your device and a remote server. This is the primary feature of the app.
• Traffic Privacy: We encrypt all data transmitted through the VPN tunnel. We do not monitor, record, or store any data that passes through this tunnel.
• Operational Necessity: Without the VpnService, the app cannot provide a secure connection.

3. Information We Collect (Subscription Management)

While we do not collect your browsing history or personal identity (like name or email), we collect limited technical information to manage your subscription:

• Device Identifier (Device ID): We collect a unique identifier from your device to link your subscription status to your specific hardware.
• Device Type: We collect information about your device model and operating system version to ensure compatibility and manage active sessions.
• Transmission: This data is sent directly to our secure backend servers via encrypted API calls.
• No Third-Party Sharing: This information is used strictly for subscription management and internal app functionality. We do not share, sell, or provide this data to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. No-Logs Policy

Beyond the Device ID used for subscription validation, we operate under a strict No-Logs policy:

• No IP Tracking: We do not log your original IP address or the IP address of the VPN server you connect to.
• No Activity Logs: We do not collect or store your browsing history, DNS queries, or app usage data while the VPN is active.

5. Data Security & Retention

• Security: All data (both your web traffic and your Device ID) is handled using industry-standard encryption protocols during transmission.
• Retention: Device identifiers are retained only as long as your subscription is active or as required for account management. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. User Consent & Prominent Disclosure

In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy, we display a prominent in-app disclosure before you activate the VPN. This disclosure explains our use of the VpnService and the collection of your Device ID for subscription purposes. We require your affirmative consent (tapping "Agree") before these services begin.
